Do they know this is Indiana? Maybe they think the name 'Indiana' means it is a long-lost Indian state?? Used to be part of Andhra Pradesh and then just floated off into the Bay of Bengal and ended up on the banks of the Wabash??

Why don't they just outsource it like other companies? At least in this case the customers would be able to understand the person on the phone.
Um, I can deal with a Punjabi accent in English, but a Hoosier accent in Punjabi just gives me the heebie-jeebies...
